Pacific Partnerships is carrying out field investigations to help refine the concept plan and inform the environmental studies needed to assess the project.
Early field studies undertaken include geotechnical investigations, flooding studies and other hydrological assessments, site survey, pile testing and ecological survey and impact assessment. These have informed constraints mapping and planning and approvals processes.
Further investigations (as required) will continue in 2024 and into early 2025. As part of this work, you may notice our team out on site carrying out activities such as pile testing.
Pacific Partnerships is carrying out these studies across the project site. We will continue to work directly with stakeholders to understand expectations and requirements and to ensure any disruption is minimised.
Additional studies are expected to occur over the coming months and will allow us to confirm environmental conditions and engineering constraints.
