We are Pacific Partnerships - the energy development and investment arm of the CIMIC Group, one of Australia’s largest contractors.  

Pacific Partnerships is here for the long term as we develop, invest in and manage the Hopeland Solar project. We are working together with CIMIC Group company UGL to support the current early project development phase and prepare to start to construction in the mid-2026, followed by operations and maintenance over a 35-year period. Together, we have a long-term view as we develop our initial project in the Western Downs region.

We are also expanding our national portfolio of energy assets to support the clean energy transformation. This includes the 130MW Glenrowan Solar Farm in northern Victoria, which we have developed, owned and operated since 2022. It was our first solar farm and achieved on-time energisation in late 2023, just a year after construction began. The solar farm is now generating enough clean energy to power 45,000 Australian homes.
